We’re updating the admin section of the OCR website and we’ve launched a ‘beta’ version. Tell us what you think – take a look now!
A candidate’s final results will be recorded on an OCR certificate and sent to your centre according to the conditions of issue.
We've created an example of the new GCSE (9-1) certificates:
If you require certificates to be delivered to a different centre address (for example, due to a centre closure), please email your request on centre-headed paper to firstname.lastname@example.org.
General qualification (GCSEs, AS and A Levels, etc) and Cambridge National certificates are issued about 8 weeks after results are issued (see specific dates).
Vocational qualification certificates are issued five working days after results are published.
Before certificates are issued, centres should have checked that candidates’ details are correct; the certificate is not intended to be used as a final administrative check.
Once certificates are issued, centres should check they have received certificates for those candidates listed on the certificate register/control report.
