As ICT Functional Skills are now part of the ITQ Application Specialist Apprenticeship, the three Fundamentals units at levels 1 and 2 are barred combinations.
The OCR CBA System, used to deliver computer-based assessments for ITQ Level 1 units 18, 69 and 77, has been withdrawn from 1st October 2018.

Extension to review dates
We are pleased to confirm that the review date for the these qualifications has been extended to 30 September 2021. You do not need to take any action and can continue to deliver this suite to your learners.

For 13996 and 13999 the last date for new starts for all remaining live apprenticeship frameworks, in England, will be 31 July 2020. All starts from 1 August 2020 will be on new, employer-designed standards.

This apprenticeship programme is designed for people who work with IT systems and software in a non-technical capacity. It is made up of qualifications and learning that will provide IT User apprentices with the skills and knowledge required to become competent in their chosen job role and is designed to ensure apprentices have an appropriate set of IT skills to operate in their specific chosen job role.
